Print QR code labels for storage

Make boxes, bins, and drawers scannable in seconds.

Filed by the Vorby desk 3 min read  ·  vorby.com/help/print-qr-code-labels

Every item, room, location, and label in Vorby has a QR code. Stick one on a bin and a quick scan opens the page showing what is inside. This is especially useful for garages, basements, and self-storage. A label's QR code opens every item carrying that label, wherever it lives.

Generate a QR code

  1. Open the room, location, or item you want to label.
  2. Tap the QR icon. A printable code appears.
  3. Choose a size. Smaller codes work for individual items, larger codes for bins and shelves.
  4. Print on plain paper, sticker stock, or a label printer.

Scan a code

Open your phone camera or the Vorby app and point it at the code. The app jumps straight to that item, room, or location.
